UX & Design Director
As the UX and Design Director, my duty consisted of being the creative lead on multiple small and medium projects, running complex presentation meetings with clients and contractors, being able to lead on large-scale web, UX, UI and interactive projects, and sensitively challenging the client brief to push boundaries.
As the Design Director, it is my responsibility to own projects whilst sharing knowledge; coaching, developing and motivating all design team members. The Design Director influences the design direction of the team’s work.

We are responsible for the creation and development of new product launches and rollouts within the IQOS digital product range. This includes improving and enhancing current design and development processes. Our ultimate goal is to improve the customer experience for both current and new users to achieve business objectives.
As part of this role, we work closely with teams across the globe to plan and design international projects, as well as address specific requests from key market territories.
Toshiba New Range
Toshiba approached us intending to showcase the exceptional sound and picture quality of their new range of smart TVs. To achieve this, we proposed an audio-visual experience using cymatics to illustrate the powerful audio-visual experience offered by Toshiba's TVs. Cymatics is the study of visible sound vibration and demonstrates how different sound frequencies can create unique patterns.
We created a campaign that included film, web, and social components using this concept. The final result was a visually and aurally striking film that effectively highlighted the high-quality audio and visual capabilities of Toshiba's smart TVs. The campaign was successful in increasing the appeal of Toshiba TVs and positioning them as strong competitors in the market, competing with brands like LG and Samsung.

AI-Powered Xmas Card Generator
This year's Christmas card initiative introduced a digital tool for creating unique image cards.
As part of the annual company Christmas card, I was tasked to reinvent the wheel using the power of digital. This year I proposed a tool that can quickly and easily generate unique image cards using the opportunity of AI to automate the card-making process and create high-quality, customizable cards at a faster rate.
We developed an AI-powered image card generator that allows users to create unique cards with just a few clicks. The tool utilizes a combination of machine learning algorithms and pre-designed templates to generate cards that are both visually appealing and personalized to the user's specifications.
