This opportunity allowed me to reimagine and elevate the brand’s digital customer experience bringing in an omni-channel focus. 

High-Level Project Goals included: Bringing the Tommy Hilfiger flagship store experience into the customer's digital world. Seamlessly integrating the brand and commerce. Providing a best in class omni-channel experience that is consistent across channels and where possible geographies. Creating a multi- device digital commerce experience which showcases product and re-enforces brand values. Seamlessly integrating brand stories, social and UGC into Digital Commerce. and enabling a intuitive customer journey, making use of today’s customer expectations and technology.
