The Dubai Mall
The Brief: To be the creative partner to design and launch The Dubai Mall website and mobile app, elevating the mall’s online experience in line with the physical. Working to apply a new brand identity, that could unify the business and set the benchmark moving forward.
Solution: A design was created to portray the mall as luxury and desirable with customers existing and new by virtue of seamlessly blending content and functionality in a unique and appropriate manner. The contemporary aesthetic aimed to encourage and increase customer engagement, helping cement the position as the world most visited shopping mall and world class entertainment destination.
Unique features and functionality included; 3D map and journey planner, improved discoverability of events or promotions and providing a space for content to increase dwell time, communicating messages to the local and international audiences with tailored messaging.
