Lead

Tasked to lead a creative team on a hybrid project with the Wunderman Group & Selfridges. Heading up the UI team in collaboration with UX, Data, Delivery, Analytics, Dev Ops, Strategy and Developers.

Challenge

Following our diagnosis of the problem we were located at Greater London House and the internal Selfridges office to work in two week agile sprint cycles, producing work in fast output (challenging the way Selfridges work and deliver at pace).
